Michael Jackson – “This Is It”
So they just released the new Michael Jackson song called “This Is It.” It’s got that Motown feel and the backup vocals are sung by Michael’s brothers. I guess if you’re 30+, it would be an alright track… it’ll remind you of the days when Michael was still black. But if you’re not, I don’t think it’ll appeal to you… cause now a days you have to drop the synth beats to sell to the kiddies. Then you need a remix from a DJ team or a producer like a Mstrkrft or Powla Da Don. A Timbaland track would be too expensive though. lol. But seriously, I know MJ was working on some new stuff with guys like Ne-Yo and will.i.am… they should release those ASAP!
Anyways, there’s a whole “he said she said” story involving Paul Anka and MJ… which is a headache to explain so I’ll let TMZ handle the gossip. But you should know the melody was used in Safire’s “I Never Heard.”
